How does the deck feel when you stand on it? Are the size and style of wheels going to work for you as well? Take it for a spin to try out the types of events you want to perform on it. If the retailer isn’t willing to let you do so, then go find one some where else. Search for online reviews about certain type of skateboards. A good quality skate board should last for at least six to twelve months even if it used daily. If the reviews for it aren’t good then you should better bypass on it and go for one that is. You don’t want to be replacing it more often than you have to.
