Many people charged with Seattle DUI have never really been involved in the criminal process before. They just were unlucky and had tires that were too wide, forgot to use their turn signal on the highway, had a cracked windshield, or went one or two miles over the speed limit and caught an overzealous cop on the prowl for possible Seattle DUI candidates.
